PART-TIME HOUSEHOLD MANAGER-NANNY needed in CHICAGO, IL 60647 (Logan Square)

This easygoing family has a 5-year-old boy, 1.5-year-old boy, and due with a baby girl in March and is seeking an intuitive, proactive, and bright Household Manager-Nanny to stay with their family long-term. Family has a full-time Nanny so most of the position will be household management tasks. Once full-time Nanny’s shift is over Household Manager-Nanny will pick up where she left off (she typically gets done around 5:30pm). Household Management duties include: maintaining home (keep home tidy), light housekeeping, organizational projects, clean off counters and put things away on counters, dishes, load/unload dishwasher, laundry, run errands, clean up after dinner, and pack lunches for the next day. Nanny duties: pick up where full-time Nanny left off, help through or up to bedtime (bathing and pajamas), and more child care on the days if their full-time Nanny is off. Dad works from home and mom works from home a couple days a week. The ideal candidate will be helpful, prideful, and take initiative.

Work days and hours

3 days a week (any week days): 2:30pm-7:30pm

NOTE: BIG PLUS if Household Manager-Nanny can work 1 weekend day every weekend (anywhere between 4-8 hours--family and Nanny would discuss together the schedule for the weekends).

NOTE: Household Manager-Nanny must be an experienced driver and will need to use own car to run errands/drive the children. Will be reimbursed for mileage. There is free street parking.

Salary: TO BE DISCUSSED WITH PLACEMENT COUNSELOR
